Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using OpsVault ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

blgn labs ("we", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use OpsVault on your personal or business devices, subject to an active subscription or valid license key.

Each license permits activation on up to 3 devices.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

OpsVault is offered as a subscription: monthly ($9/mo), quarterly ($24/3mo), or yearly ($79/yr).
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period.
When your subscription expires, the App will lock. Your data remains on your Mac and is accessible again when you renew.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time; the license remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Your Data

All vault data is stored locally on your Mac. We do not have access to it.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
If you lose your Mac or delete the App without backing up, your vault data is gone. We cannot recover it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App to store or manage credentials for illegal activities.
Attempt to circumvent the licensing system, tamper with code signatures, or inject code into the App.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers without written permission.
Use automated tools to abuse the license activation or validation APIs.

6. Intellectual Property

OpsVault, its code, design, brand, and documentation are the intellectual property of blgn labs. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OpsVault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While we design the App with strong security practices, no software is perfectly secure. You use OpsVault at your own risk and should follow standard security hygiene (strong master passwords, device encryption, regular backups).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, blgn labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for OpsVault in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the App will lock. Your locally stored data remains on your device but will be inaccessible through the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which blgn labs is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
